Refund Policy
Please read our policy carefully and make sure you understand them before placing an order.

At Legacy Ink Consulting™, we take great care in providing a premium, tailored experience for every client. Because our services involve customized, time-intensive work, our refund policy is designed to reflect the unique nature of what we deliver. By purchasing our services, digital products, or gift cards, you agree to the following terms:
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in your specific service agreement. Due to the personalized nature of our work, refunds are not automatically granted once a project has begun.
2. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
A deposit secures your service date and covers time spent on initial consultation, project preparation, and resource allocation.
If you wish to reschedule, deposits may be applied toward a new service date if requested at least 7 business days in advance. Rescheduling requests made with less than 7 business days’ notice will require a new deposit.
3. Digital Products
All digital product sales are final due to the instant, irrevocable access provided upon purchase.
This includes digital templates, guides, workbooks, and downloadable toolkits.
4. Gift Cards
Legacy Ink Digital Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift cards may be applied toward any eligible service or product and must be used within 24 months of the purchase date.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
5. Service Cancellations
If you cancel before work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the non-refundable deposit and any costs already incurred (e.g., materials, research time, booked vendor services).
If substantial work has already been completed, no refund will be issued.
Any cancellation must be submitted in writing to [Your Email Address].
6. Dissatisfaction or Dispute
If you are unsatisfied with a service, you must notify us in writing within 5 business days of delivery, outlining your concerns.
We will work with you to make reasonable revisions, provided they fall within the agreed project scope.
Refunds will not be issued due to changes in personal circumstances, preferences, or decisions made after delivery.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, illness, technology outages, vendor delays). In such cases, services may be rescheduled, but refunds will not be granted.
8. Exceptions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make exceptions to this policy in extraordinary circumstances. Any such exception will be provided in writing and will not set a precedent for future transactions.
