  • Is this the same as hiring an attorney for estate planning?

    No. We don’t replace legal or financial professionals. Instead, we prepare you for them so when you meet with your attorney or advisor, you already have your details, documents, and decisions in place. This saves time, reduces stress, and often lowers costs.

  • What goes into a Legacy Binder?

    Every binder is tailored to you, but most include estate checklists, important documents, account logins, insurance details, letters to loved ones, and instructions for both life events and end-of-life arrangements.

  • How long does the process take?

    Most projects take 4–8 weeks, depending on how quickly you provide your information and how customized your binder or kit will be.

  • Do you work with clients outside of my state?

    Yes. We work with clients nationwide through secure online systems, video calls, and encrypted document storage.

  • What if I already have a will or trust?

    Perfect. We’ll make sure those documents are included in your Legacy Binder, alongside personal letters, contact lists, and other details that legal paperwork alone can’t capture.
